3. The entire foaming process
4. Wall thickness testing
5. "Outer shell is properly cured so there are no air bubbles below the inside 1/3 of the wall thickness"
6. The ASTM D1998-04 Falling Dart Impact Test - 90 ft. lb. (standard) - hole in part without shattering is good - competitor coupon (sample piece) shattered at 90 ft. lb. and even 30 ft. lb. which means they probably are using "off spec" material / or heavy amount of regrind / adding color to cover up regrind / or all of the above. This is very important to durability of float as you can see. This also illustrates why ACE has the best warranty in the industry.
